Since 1972, Pete has specialized in conceptual budgeting and preconstruction services in the commercial, public school and institutional markets with delivery methods of CM at Risk, CM Agency, and Design-Build. He focuses on making sure our team understands all of the unusual and challenging aspects of a project from the beginning. His role is to bring the best possible project team to the table, and to support the team’s efforts to ensure that Z3 Solutions provides the most cost effective and timely project from inception to turnover without sacrificing quality.
Pete is the Founder and President of Z3 Solutions, and has built his reputation as a knowledgeable, reliable build professional by consistently completing projects on or ahead of schedule through his willingness to do whatever it takes to exceed the client’s expectations. With over 11 years in the construction industry, and over 1,500,000 square feet of project experience under his belt, John is a proven project manager. His expertise in the areas of interior build-outs and renovation of tech office space, corporate office, financial and law firm facilities, coupled with his ability to engage in the details of a project while keeping the big picture in focus, is extremely valuable to our company and our clients. From large, multi-floor interior renovations to managing client accounts, John’s comprehensive skill set and dedication to total client satisfaction make him a highly effective construction professional.
As Vice President of Project Management, John is focused on establishing and delivering consistent management processes and services, tailoring our approaches to each construction market we serve, and matching our project skills to each of our client’s specific needs.
Nick has worked in the construction industry since 1999, and his engineering background has allowed him to work on a variety of construction projects. He supports each project from start to finish and ensures that budgets and schedules are met. Nick coordinates all day-to-day activities with the project staff, and is instrumental in transitioning a project from preconstruction to construction by establishing a site-specific safety plan and implementing quality control standards.
As Vice President of Preconstruction Services and Field Operations, Nick is responsible for ensuring our client’s goals are met across every phase of the project. He prides himself on his constant attention to details during preconstruction, maintains open lines of communication and supports our project teams during construction to ensure our client’s objectives are achieved.
