Z3 Solutions is proud to continue enhancing its relationship with 1350 Touhy Plaza in Des Plaines, Illinois by completing (5) offices suites/amenity spaces on the 1st Floor West Building.  The spaces included a Property Management Office, Conference Center, tenant buildout for Allied Benefit Systems, a large spec suite an a small spec suite. Our partners on the project include 1350 E TOUHY, LLC and PGAI DESIGN PARTNERS.
